Job summary

Bosch Global Software Technologies Private Limited in Bengaluru seeks a seasoned End User Computing specialist to design, deploy and manage enterprise client devices using SCCM and Intune. You will lead OS image deployment, BitLocker and MBAM encryption and contribute to migration support and automation with PowerShell and Graph API to drive scalable solutions.

The role requires 7+ years in Workplace technology, collaboration with architects, PMs, and business teams to deliver robust client

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech or equivalent required.
• 7+ years of proven work experience in Workplace design, deployment and support of End User devices.
• Experience with Windows 11 core concepts and enterprise scale deployment.
• Experience with MBAM/BitLocker drive encryption and recovery key operations.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain SCCM/Intune device management solutions.
• Perform patch management and OS image deployment.
• Implement BitLocker/MBAM encryption and recovery key operations.
• Support enterprise client migrations, including rollout and validation.

Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities :
Skilled End User Computing (EUC) with 10+ years of experience in Windows client management via SCCM / Intune.

Management of client side technologies such as OS image deployment, disk encryption solutions (MBAM/BitLocker), app packaging.

Hands-on engineering and support for enterprise client migrations, including build, deployment, encryption compliance, and rollout support.

The role involves understanding business requirements for client workplace technologies and developing suitable automation and solutions for various IT project scenarios

B.E/B.Tech or equivalent

Experience :

Design, build, and maintainSCCMand/orIntunedevice management solution

Perform Patch management

Create Windows 11 OS imagesand deployment task sequences, including driver integration, image testing, and rollout support

Implement and supportBitLocker disk encryptionusingMBAM and/or SCCM BitLocker Management

Ensure encryption compliance, recovery key management, and reporting

Architect completeclient migration in M&A scenariosincluding readiness checks, deployment support, and post-migration stabilization

Drive automation by leveraging Gen AI workflows technologies, and as well PowerShell, Graph API as suitable

Act as COE for Client solutions within Workplace area - Collaborate with architects, project managers and Business to understand their requirement and provide solutions

Work closely with project teams and local IT during migration and rollout phases

Mandatory/requires Skills :

7+ years of Proven work Experience in Workplace – Design, deploy, manage and support End User devices using Microsoft product suites (SCCM, Intune)

Strong knowledge ofWindows 11 core concepts and client-side troubleshooting

Hands-on experience withOS imaging and deployment(enterprise scale)

Experience withMBAM / BitLocker drive encryptionand recovery key operations

Proven experience supportingWindows client migrations, advanced troubleshooting techniques

Ability to troubleshoot deployment, encryption, and migration-related issues

Preferred Skills :

Good Knowledge onGraph API, PowerShellscripting for daily routine work

Knowledge onGen AI workflow toolssuch as n8n, Copilot Studio or equivalent

Workingmodels of AI automationsis added advantage
