Job summary

Blackbaud India is seeking a Technology Enablement Trainer to strengthen Customer Success by delivering training and resources that help teams excel in key processes and use of internal tools. You will become an expert in internal systems and collaborate with business teams to deliver quality content.

Responsibilities include designing engaging courseware, leading virtual sessions, applying adult learning methods, organizing LMS content, and creating AI coaching resources, with monthly reports

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in corporate learning and development.
• Translate business goals into training requirements.
• Exceptional writing skills.
• Experience creating training content and materials.
• Experience using recording & editing tools, Camtasia preferred.
• Experience using Docebo or other learning management systems.
• Proven project management skills.
• Bonus: Experience using Generative AI tools.
• Expected working hours are 1:00 PM–10:00 PM IST, with occasional flexibility to support collaboration during U.S. East Coast business hours.

The Technology Enablement Trainer strengthens Customer Success by delivering the training and resources that help teams excel in key processes and effective use of internal tools. In this role, you will become an expert in key internal systems and tools and/or a business area (like Professional Services, or Vertical Customer Success). You will create and deliver interactive courses to increase the knowledge and technical skills of our teams. The Technology Enablement Trainer will collaborate closely with our business teams, and other training experts, to deliver quality content that sets team members up to succeed through optimal use of systems and tools.

What You Will Do

• Collaborate with business area leaders and subject matter experts to understand and define training goals
• Design and develop engaging and effective training courseware through scripting, narration, demonstration, graphics, and learning activities
• Apply adult learning methodologies and techniques in course development
• Lead virtual training sessions
• Edit, upload & organize content that you & others create in our learning management system
• Create AI coaches to supplement training courses.
• Monitor training consumption & provide monthly reporting (with help from the reporting team) and recommendations for enablement based on consumption patterns
• Prioritize and manage projects to completion and meet desired milestones
