The Enablement Program Trainer is a Manager-level facilitator and program owner on the Customer Success + Professional Services (formerly CSG) Global Enablement Team. This person both facilitates enablement programs and owns the delivery-quality bar for them.

This individual partners closely with Enablement Business Partners, Enablement Strategy & Operations, Workstream Leads, Delivery Logistics, and Customer Success/Professional Services teams to build the skills and capabilities they need to succeed.

The team's intent is to deliver enablement in the flow of work - training that lives inside how people already do their job - and to keep finding better ways to train through AI.

The ideal candidate loves facilitating engaging learning experiences, embraces feedback, and shows up as a leader - whether or not they've managed people before. They believe challenge brings opportunity, lean in to trying new things, use curiosity to better understand goals, and work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate high-quality virtual and in-person enablement programs, workshops, and skill-development sessions, including occasional travel and delivery outside normal business hours to support learners on shift schedules.
• Own and manage complex, ambiguous enablement programs end-to-end, from vision through execution.
• Partner with and build trust with Director/Sr. Director-level stakeholders, cross-functional program partners, and the wider trainer team - proactively bringing forward solutions rather than escalating problems.
• Support the development and maintenance of onboarding curriculum, training content, and learning assets to keep materials current and impactful.
• Facilitate live certification activities, show-you-know exercises, and scoring using established rubrics and evaluation criteria.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude) and emerging technologies to improve learning experiences, boost personal productivity, and streamline enablement work - testing new approaches to training is welcomed and celebrated.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Proven training/facilitation experience.
• Strong collaboration and cross-team influence skills.
• Self-directed with a strong sense of ownership.
• Solution-oriented (brings solutions, not problems); professionally mature and experienced.
• Leads by example; able to build trust and influence at Director/Sr. Director/VP level.
• Bonus differentiator: has built or piloted an AI-driven enablement solution - this skill set is prioritized over candidates who've simply held this exact job title before.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Prior people-management or leadership experience (showing up as a leader, not necessarily managing people).
• Experience with Tableau/ACT or similar reporting tools.
• Fluency with AI tools (e.g., Claude) to boost personal productivity and streamline enablement work.
• Project management experience/certification.
• Experience working in a global or distributed team.
