Qualifications

• Strong Core Java development experience.

• Experience with REST, NETCONF, VES, SNMP, FTP, SSH, HTTP/HTTPS, TL1, RMI, TR-069.
• Linux environment and shell scripting.
• Hands-on Docker and Kubernetes.
• OpenStack and/or AWS virtualization knowledge.
• Strong EMS/NMS and telecom domain knowledge.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced EMS/NMS Developer with strong expertise in Java development and telecom/network management products. The candidate will be responsible for EMS product development, maintenance, customer issue resolution, product quality improvement, automation, and deployment support.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain EMS/NMS products and features.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer/field issues.
• Participate in product design, development, debugging, and maintenance.
• Improve product quality through automation and engineering best practices.
• Support product deployment and production activities.
• Work with cross-functional teams for customer issue resolution.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong Core Java development experience.
• Spring Boot and/or JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3.
• MySQL/MariaDB, Hibernate, and database performance tuning.
• Experience with network protocols such as REST, NETCONF, VES, SNMP, FTP, SSH, HTTP/HTTPS, TL1, RMI, TR-069.
• Strong experience in Linux environment and shell scripting.
• Hands-on exposure to Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as OpenStack and/or AWS.
• Strong EMS/NMS/Telecom domain knowledge.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of IP, ports, packets, tcpdump, and Wireshark.
• High Availability (HA) concepts.
• Product deployment and production support experience.
• Experience working on telecom/network management products.

Required Experience

7-8 years of relevant software development experience, preferably with strong EMS/NMS and telecom domain expertise.
