Job summary

Ventois Software Solutions in Hyderabad is seeking an Oracle Technical NMS & Analytics specialist to develop, optimize, and support Oracle SQL/PLSQL based NMS applications.

You will work with telecom data, alarms, events, KPIs, and analytics to deliver performance reporting, ETL processes, and dashboards. Immediate joiners preferred for a full-time role located in Hyderabad.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience with Oracle technologies.
• Hands-on experience with NMS/telecom systems.
• Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Experience with ETL processes and data validation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain Oracle SQL and PL/SQL programs.
• Work on Network Management System (NMS) applications and telecom data.
• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, packages, and DB objects.
• Work with NMS data for network performance analysis, reporting, and analytics.
• Analyze network-related data, alarms, events, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Develop and support ETL processes for NMS data.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting of data issues.
• Support reporting and analytics requirements using SQL and DB technologies.
• Investigate production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to deliver solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation and support deployment activities.

Role:Oracle Technical NMS & Analytics

Fulltime
Location: Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintainOracle SQL and PL/SQLprograms.


• Work onNetwork Management System (NMS)applications and telecom/network-related data.


• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, packages, and database objects.


• Work with NMS data fornetwork performance analysis, reporting, and analytics.


• Analyze network-related data, alarms, events, KPIs, and performance metrics.


• Develop and supportETL processesfor extracting, transforming, and loading NMS/network data.


• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting of data issues.


• Support reporting and analytics requirements using SQL and database technologies.


• Investigate production issues and perform root-cause analysis.


• Optimize database queries and PL/SQL programs for performance.


• Collaborate with application, NMS, data, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.


• Prepare technical documentation and support deployment and production activities.

Required Skills

Oracle Technical

• Strong hands-on experience inOracle SQL and PL/SQL.


• Experience with Stored Procedures, Functions, Packages, Triggers, Cursors, Views, and complex SQL queries.


• Good knowledge ofSQL query optimization and performance tuning.


• Experience with Oracle database development and production support.

NMS / Telecom

• Hands-on experience withNetwork Management Systems (NMS).


• Understanding of telecom/network management concepts.


• Experience working with network alarms, events, inventory, performance data, or network KPIs is preferred.


• Exposure toOSS/NMS environmentsis an advantage.

Analytics & ETL

• Experience indata analysis and reporting.


• Ability to analyze large volumes of network/telecom data.


• Experience with ETL processes and data transformation.


• Good understanding of data validation and reconciliation.


• Exposure to dashboards, reports, KPIs, or analytics platforms is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Telecom/OSS/BSS domain experience.


• Experience with NMS analytics and network performance reporting.


• Knowledge of Unix/Linux and shell scripting.


• Experience with data migration and batch processing.


• Exposure to tools such as Informatica, ODI, Tableau, Power BI, or similar analytics/ETL technologies is an advantage.

Candidate Profile
