You will analyze findings, maintain confidential records, coordinate with external agencies, and ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies. The role requires strong attention to detail, investigative and communication skills, proficiency with background screening tools and databases, and the ability to produce clear, concise reports. A minimum of two years’ experience in background checks, HR, or investigations is preferred; a degree in HR, criminal justice, or a related field is advantageous. Professionalism, integrity, and discretion are essential.
