Qualifications

• Post Graduate qualification in Personnel Management / IR / HR.
• 2–5 years in Manufacturing environment.
• Exposure to analytical tools and hands-on analytics experience.
• Proven experience delivering results in adverse situations.

Responsibilities

• ER Analytics: Understanding current data trends and feeding back to Head of Employee Relations and Plant HR to mitigate risk.
• Trade Union Relations and forging collaborative partnerships for favourable organisational outcomes.
• Long term settlements and deployment recurring every three years.
• Risk management and governance.
• Capability building of blue-collar workforce: Skill gap identification, coordination with Head-ER & Gurukul & content development.
• Participating in and leading projects focused on continuous improvement.

ER-EXECUTIVE-PLANT Function Human Resources Pay Band E4 to M1 Role

As ER Executive, you will be part of the Human Resource function and will report to the ER-Head at Dharuhera Plant. The purpose of your role will be taking responsibility for preparing & implementing various human resource plans for staffing, establishment, policies, compliances, discipline & talent development for workmen, OD initiatives, welfare & engagement of plant personnel and ensuring to provide skilled workforce with required work culture along with adherence to the system. A purpose driven role for you.

Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• ER Analytics: Understanding the Current data trends and emerging scenarios with relates to Hero MotoCorp and feeding back to Head of Employees relation and Plant HR for mitigating risk if any.
• Trade Union Relations and forging collaborative partnerships for a favourable organisational outcome.
• Long term settlement recurring every three years & deployment.
• Risk management & Governance
• Capability building of Blue Collar workforce : Identification of Skill Gap, Coordination with Head-ER & Gurukul & Content development and deployment
• Participating in and/or leading projects focused on continuous improvement.

Academic Qualification & Experience

• Post Graduate qualification in Personnel Management / IR/ HR
• 02-05 years in Manufacturing environment.
• Exposure of working in an analytical environment and hands on experience of different analytical tools
• Proven experience of delivering result in adverse situations

Technical Skills/Knowledge

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Thorough understanding of Labour Laws & Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite & SAP/ SF.
• Strong Networking Skill
• Data Analytics, Presentation and Articulation Skill.
