Job summary

Unipath Specialty Laboratory Limited is seeking a Genome Analyst to work onsite in Gujarat. The role involves analyzing patient history and NGS data, downloading platform data, filtering variants, and classifying them per ACMG/AMP guidelines.

You will interpret somatic and germline data by cancer type and integrate literature-based findings to guide oncology care. You will prepare reports, develop and implement bioinformatics pipelines, and collaborate with the team to maintain genomic databases
