EMotorad seeks a Plant Finance Manager with a strong background in finance and accounting to take control over inventory, requisitions, and the P2P policy at our manufacturing plant.

You will lead cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting, ensure compliance, and collaborate with operations and procurement to optimize costs and drive strategic financial outcomes.

Competenze

• CA or CMA qualification with 5+ years PQE in plant finance of a manufacturing entity.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, procurement processes, and P2P policies.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, SAP, or similar financial tools.
• Hands-on experience in cost accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting.
• Taxation, compliance, and audit procedures in a manufacturing environment.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Plant Finance Manager with a strong background in finance and accounting to take control over inventory, requisitions, and the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) policy at our manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory and Requisition Control: Oversee the financial aspects of the inventory management, procurement, and material requisitions in line with the budget defined in the AOP.
• Conversion Costing: Implement processes for reporting the conversion costing of the manufacturing process and highlight deviations from the costs considered in the AOP.
• P2P Policy Implementation: Enforce and optimize the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, ensuring adherence to company policies and financial regulations.
• Cost Control and Optimization: Monitor plant expenses, conduct variance analysis, and implement cost-saving measures.
• Financial Planning and Budgeting: Prepare plant financial reports, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Compliance and Audit: Ensure compliance with financial and tax regulations, oversee internal and external audits related to plant finance.
• Vendor and Supplier Payments: Manage accounts payable, ensure timely payments, and maintain relationships with key suppliers.
• ERP and Financial Systems: Leverage ERP systems to track financial transactions, inventory movement, and procurement efficiency.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, supply chain, and procurement teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications:

• CA or CMA qualification with at least 5+ years of PQE in plant finance of a manufacturing entity.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, procurement processes, and P2P policies.
• Hands-on experience in cost accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting.
