Job summary

Mattel in India seeks an Analyst, IT - Intune MDM to support day-to-day management of corporate mobile devices in a global enterprise environment. You will handle enrollment, policy configuration, and application deployment across iOS, iPadOS, and Android endpoints.

You will work with Senior MDM, Intune, JAMF, and Endpoint Engineers to ensure a consistent end-user experience, assist with device onboarding, troubleshooting, and documentation, and contribute to ongoing mobility projects.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting mobile devices, MDM platforms, or enterprise endpoint technologies.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Intune or another enterprise MDM solution.

Job description

We are seeking an Analyst, IT - Intune MDM to support the day-to-day management of corporate mobile devices in a global enterprise environment.

This role focuses on iOS, iPadOS, Android, corporate mobile phones, tablets, and other mobile endpoints managed through Microsoft Intune and related MDM technologies.

You'll work closely with Senior MDM, Intune, JAMF, and Endpoint Engineers to support device enrollment, application deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and a consistent end-user experience across mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day administration of Microsoft Intune for mobile devices.
• Assist with enrollment and management of iOS, iPadOS, and Android devices.
• Configure and maintain mobile device policies, profiles, restrictions, and application assignments.
• Support deployment and updates of enterprise mobile applications.
• Troubleshoot device enrollment, synchronization, application, and configuration issues.
• Monitor device compliance and assist with remediation activities.
• Support Apple Business Manager and Android Enterprise enrollment processes.
• Assist with device onboarding, replacement, refresh, and retirement activities.
• Provide technical assistance for escalated mobile device issues from support teams.
• Work with Intune and JAMF Engineers to maintain a consistent experience across mobile and endpoint platforms.
• Assist with Blue Yonder, rugged devices, and warehouse handheld scanners as the role develops.
• Participate in testing, pilot deployments, mobile technology rollouts, and endpoint projects.
• Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles.

Required Qualifications

• 2-5years of experience supporting mobile devices, MDM platforms, or enterprise endpoint technologies.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Intune or another enterprise MDM solution.
• Working knowledge of iOS/iPadOS and/or Android devices.
• Understanding of mobile device enrollment, configuration, application deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn additional MDM and endpoint technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Intune mobile device management.
• Familiarity with Apple Business Manager, Android Enterprise, or Zero-Touch enrollment.
• Exposure to Blue Yonder, Zebra, Honeywell, rugged devices, or warehouse mobility technologies.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID and enterprise authentication.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
