Job summary

KG Invicta Services (KGiS) seeks an Electronics/EMC engineer in India to join a cross-functional team. You will apply EMC validation methods, review PCB designs and analyze schematics, and work with automotive networks (CAN/LIN/FlexRay/AE) to meet stringent standards.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, applying configuration and requirements management, and communicating findings clearly. Strong autonomy and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of electronic hardware fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience in electronic hardware troubleshooting and debugging.
• Experience in PCB design review and schematic analysis.
• Sound knowledge of EMC principles and validation methodologies.
• Experience with automotive EMC standards (CISPR 25, ISO 11452, ISO 10605).
• Knowledge of CAN, LIN, FlexRay, and Automotive Ethernet protocols.
• Experience with configuration and requirement management tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Primary Skills

• Strong understanding of electronic hardware fundamentals.


• Hands‑on experience in electronic hardware troubleshooting and debugging.


• Experience in PCB design review and schematic analysis.


• Sound knowledge of Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) principles and validation methodologies.


• Practical experience with Automotive EMC standards: o CISPR 25 o ISO 11452 o ISO 10605


• Good understanding of automotive communication protocols: o CAN o LIN o FlexRay o Automotive Ethernet


• Experience with Configuration Management and Requirement Management tools.


• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and debugging skills.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Ability to work independently as well as in a cross‑functional team environment.

Secondary Skills

• Knowledge of automotive validation tools and test automation environments.


• Familiarity with validation software and laboratory test equipment.


• Understanding of engineering change management processes.


• Experience working with external EMC laboratories and certification activities.


• Knowledge of wiring harness preparation and EMC load box configuration. Exposure to automotive product development lifecycle (V-Model/APQP) is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.


• Experience in Automotive Electronics, ECU Validation, or EMC Compliance Testing.


• Prior experience working with Tier-1 suppliers or Automotive OEMs is preferred.
