Job summary
Akademika Lab Solutions in Mumbai is seeking an Embedded Systems Development Engineer to design and implement firmware for microcontrollers with 1–2 years of experience. The role involves C/C++ development, peripheral interfacing, debugging, and close collaboration with hardware teams during board bring-up and testing.
You will develop test code, drivers, and application firmware, while maintaining documentation and using version control.
Qualifications
- Strong C programming for embedded systems.
- Hands-on experience with microcontrollers.
- Understanding of RTOS basics is a plus.
- Knowledge of Design Tools.
Responsibilities
- Firmware development in C/C++ for microcontrollers (STM32, ARM, ESP32, etc.) –
- Peripheral interfacing: UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, GPIO, ADC
- Debugging using JTAG/SWD and logic analyzers
- Work closely with hardware teams for board bring-up
- Develop test code, drivers, and application-level firmware
- Maintain firmware documentation and version control

Qualification: BE / BTech – Electronics / Computer
Location: Mumbai
CTC: ₹4 LPA – ₹10 LPA (Based on Qualification & Experience)
