• Collaborate with hardware/PCB design team for component selection, schematic review, and board bring-up.
• Perform unit-level testing, integration testing, and field issue debugging.
• Document firmware architecture, test procedures, and maintain version-controlled code.
• Support product certification and quality processes as required.

Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated Embedded Software Engineer to design, develop, and debug firmware for microcontroller-based products. The role involves working closely with hardware teams on communication interfacing and PCB-level design, making it ideal for candidates with a strong foundation in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering and hands-on embedded systems training.

Qualification & Certification

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering (E&TC) or related discipline

Certification

Preferred: CDAC Embedded Systems course, Vector Institute Embedded Systems training, or equivalent industry certification

Required Technical Skills

• Strong programming skills in Embedded C
• Hands-on experience with communication protocols: UART, SPI, I2C, and RS485
• Working knowledge of STM32 microcontroller family (peripherals, HAL/register-level programming, CubeIDE)
• Exposure to PCB design and schematic capture (e.g., DipTrace, Altium, KiCad or equivalent EDA tools)
• Hands-on experience with ST-Link debugging and related tools (logic analyzer, oscilloscope)
• Basic understanding of analog & digital electronics fundamentals
