Job summary

Qualcomm India Private Limited seeks an embedded systems engineer and CPU content developer (Staff/Senior Staff) in Bangalore to contribute to the concurrent CPU validation framework, including core/uncore validation, stress content development, low-level firmware, platform bring-up, validation automation, and silicon debug.

The role requires strong C/C++ expertise, assembly, RTOS, and knowledge of ARM/AArch64 or RISC-V architectures, with 5–13 years of relavant experience as an essential

Qualifications

• Strong C/C++ programming for embedded/low-level systems.
• Assembly programming, preferably ARM/AArch64 or RISC-V.
• Bare-Metal and RTOS development/debug.
• Good knowledge of ARM/AArch64 and RISC-V architectures.
• CPU Stress content development.
• Understanding of cache/coherency, MMU/TLB, interrupts, exceptions, system registers, memory ordering, and multicore synchronization.
• Understanding of Low-Power Management (LPM) and DVFS.
• Experience with CPU/SoC platform bring-up and silicon debug.
• Experience with JTAG / Lauterbach Trace32 or similar debug tools.
• Python scripting for validation automation and regression.
• Exposure to CI/CD and automated validation environments.
