Lead Embedded Software & Controls Engineer (Lead Engineer - Embedded Software and Controls)

Responsibilities
Lead design of control system architecture for robotic platforms
Develop advanced control algorithms (force control, navigation, manipulation, teleoperation)
Ensure real‑time performance & reliability of control loops
Work on actuator & sensor integration (IMU, vision, depth sensors)
Develop embedded firmware, drivers & Linux‑based systems
Own embedded compute platform (Jetson, Linux, monitoring, OTA updates)
Collaborate across ROS2, perception, hardware & mechanical teams
Qualifications
8+ years in Embedded Systems / Robotics / Controls Engineering
Strong expertise in Embedded C (C++ is a plus)
Hands‑on experience with RTOS, Embedded Linux & driver development
