Job summary

Infosys in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced embedded software engineer to develop and integrate STB and Digital TV solutions. You will work with Yocto-based builds and RDK/Embedded Linux platforms, ensuring robust software across hardware platforms.

You will perform debugging, bug triage, and platform upgrades, coordinating with CI/CD and external partners to maintain build stability and respond to security updates.

Qualifications

• STB development or integration experience is required.
• Proficient in C/C++ for embedded systems.
• Experience with Yocto, RDK or Embedded Linux.
• Knowledge of Git version control.

• Integrate and maintain software for STB and Digital TV platforms.
• Support new hardware bring-up and in-life platform upgrades.
• Coordinate with CI/CD teams to maintain build stability.
• Perform bug triage, debugging, and issue resolution.
