Job summary

Infosys Limited in Bengaluru is seeking an Embedded Networking Architect to design and implement embedded software for network protocols and to develop firmware for networking microcontrollers and SoCs.

The role requires strong C/C++ skills, extensive TCP/IP knowledge, RTOS experience, and familiarity with lwIP/FreeRTOS+TCP as well as TLS/DTLS security and embedded Linux networking capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience with embedded C/C++ programming.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP protocols and networking layers.
• Familiarity with RTOS and network stacks (lwIP, FreeRTOS+TCP).
• Experience with Wi‑Fi, Ethernet, or cellular modules.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement embedded software for network communication protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, MQTT, etc.).
• Develop firmware for microcontrollers and SoCs with networking capabilities.
• Optimize network stack performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with hardware engineers on network interface integration.
