Job summary

Polluxa, Inc. in Maharashtra is seeking a senior Embedded Lead Engineer to design and implement motor control and battery management systems for next-generation electric powertrains.

You will work on STM32/NXP/Infineon platforms, write real-time C/C++ firmware, and lead cross-functional teams from concept to validation.

This on-site role offers opportunities to optimize firmware performance across 8/16/32-bit MCUs and RTOS-based applications.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in embedded engineering.

Job description

• Experience - 6 to 10 yrs+
• Embedded lead engineer with strong expertise in Motor Control Systems, Battery Management Systems (BMS), Charger Applications, and Embedded Firmware Development.
• Design and implement motor control solutions for AC, PMSM, and BLDC motors.
• STM32, NXP, Infineon, Renesas, TI, Microchip, or equivalent.
• Develop software in C/C++ for real-time embedded systems.
• 8-bit, 16-bit, and 32-bit controllers.
• The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, debugging, validating, and optimizing firmware for battery-powered and motor-driven systems using 8/16/32-bit microcontrollers and ARM-based platforms.
• Close collaboration with hardware, systems, validation, and product engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Develop software in C/C++ for real-time embedded systems.
• Develop firmware using peripherals such as - Timers, GPIO, Watchdog, ADC, UART, DMA
• Design multithreaded embedded applications using RTOS.
