Job summary

Polluxa, Inc. is seeking a Lead Embedded Engineer in Maharashtra to drive motor control and firmware for battery-powered systems. You will design, develop, debug, and optimize real-time software for AC, PMSM, and BLDC motors using 8/16/32-bit MCUs and ARM platforms.

Collaborate with hardware, systems, validation, and product engineering teams throughout the lifecycle, and implement firmware peripherals like timers, GPIO, watchdogs, ADCs, UARTs, and DMAs while applying RTOS-based multithreading.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience.
• Lead embedded engineer for motor control, BMS, charger apps, and firmware.
• Experience with AC, PMSM, and BLDC motor control.
• Proficient in C/C++ for real-time embedded systems.
• Expertise with 8/16/32-bit MCUs and ARM-based platforms.
• Collaborate with hardware, systems, validation, and product teams throughout the lifecycle.

• Experience - 4 to 6 yrs+
• Embedded lead engineer with strong expertise in Motor Control Systems, Battery Management Systems (BMS), Charger Applications, and Embedded Firmware Development.
• Design and implement motor control solutions for AC, PMSM, and BLDC motors.
• STM32, NXP, Infineon, Renesas, TI, Microchip, or equivalent.
• Develop software in C/C++ for real-time embedded systems.
• 8-bit, 16-bit, and 32-bit controllers.
• The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, debugging, validating, and optimizing firmware for battery-powered and motor-driven systems using 8/16/32-bit microcontrollers and ARM-based platforms.
• Close collaboration with hardware, systems, validation, and product engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle.
