Job summary

Exicom in Gurugram, India, is seeking an experienced Embedded hardware engineer to support analog and digital hardware development for ongoing and new products. You will handle conceptualization, block/schematic design, and coordination with PCB teams.

The role requires hands-on debugging, board bring-up, and BOM preparation, with forays into component selection and vendor interactions. Collaborate across functions to ensure reliable, producible designs.

Qualifications

• Experience in Hardware of Embedded system based on Micro Controller & Microprocessor; design experience on high speed digital & low level analog signal board.
• Good understanding of high speed digital & analog linear circuit design concepts.
• Thorough understanding of active & passive component specifications and datasheet interpretation.
• Should have working experience in Board bring up and debugging of embedded systems.
• Knowledge of SPI, I2C, CAN, Ethernet, USB, RS232, RS485 and LVDS interface specifications; able to select optimum components.
• Hands-on experience with instruments like Logic Analyzer, DSO & Signal Generator.

Responsibilities

• Interact with cross functional teams and external vendors; find alternatives / second sources for components.
• Address reliability issues in field/production and implement design modifications; provide support to Production for new design.

• Ability to interact with cross functional team and external vendors
• Finding alternatives / second sources for already used components
• Work on reliability of design and problem observed in field / production and carry out any required modifications
• Provide support to Production for new design

Technical Skills :
