Job summary

Tekskills is seeking a cyber security professional to join the email security incident triage team in Pune. You will monitor alerts from Mimecast and other platforms, investigate phishing attempts, and ensure safe communication channels are maintained.

Responsibilities include quarantining suspicious messages, documenting investigations, and escalating policy-violating emails. Knowledge of SMTP/SPF/DKIM/DMARC and familiarity with Mimecast or Proofpoint helpfully supports this role.

Qualifications

• Experience monitoring email security alerts and incident triage.
• Knowledge of email policy compliance and safe communication practices.
• Familiarity with phishing patterns and reporting procedures.
