Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services seeks an Email Security Engineer to join the Kolkata security team. You will implement and optimize email security controls, focusing on DMARC, DKIM, SPF, and Mimecast integration to protect enterprise communications.

Experience with Microsoft 365 Security features and administration is required, with additional exposure to Endpoint Security and O365 security analysis considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Email Security concepts and best practices.
• Hands-on experience implementing and managing DMARC, DKIM, and SPF.
• Experience in email security policy tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of Mimecast or similar Email Security solution.
• Exposure to Microsoft 365 (O365) Security features and administration.
• Good to have knowledge of Endpoint Security and O365 security analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and optimize email security controls to protect enterprise communications.
• Configure and manage DMARC, DKIM and SPF across domains.
• Tune security policies and troubleshoot email security incidents.
• Leverage Mimecast or equivalent solution to strengthen email defenses.
• Work with Microsoft 365 Security features for ongoing protection and monitoring.
• Assist with endpoint security considerations and O365 security analysis.
