Job summary

embIND Embitel Technologies (India) Private Limited is seeking a Java developer for embedded automotive and digital transformation projects. You will contribute to software for VW Group platforms, leveraging Java 11+ and modern UI toolkits across embedded and desktop layers.

You will work with XML/XSLT, JSON/YAML, Kafka, SNMP, and embedded DBs like HSQLDB, alongside Windows-native bridges and advanced logging. Strong SQL and reporting with JasperReports or PDFBox/IText are expected.

Qualifications

• Java 11+ proficiency required and Swing/JavaFX experience
• XML/XSLT (Saxon) and JSON/YAML (Jackson) experience
• Kafka Clients and jSerialComm serial communication must have
• HSQLDB embedded DB and advanced SQL skills emphasized
• Windows-native bridges (ComfyJ, JNIWrapper) and SLF4J logging experience
