Job summary

Embitel Technologies is a Volkswagen Group company in Bengaluru seeking an experienced Autosar/ECU engineer to implement and validate ECU extracts, analyze communication matrices, and work with XDIS/PREEvision.

You will collaborate with feature owners, develop Autosar ECU extracts, and support SW testing across Autosar layers; candidate should have 3+ years in Autosar, CAN/J1939/LIN/Ethernet, and scripting in Python.

Qualifications

• Master or Engineer degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering or Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum 3+ years of in-vehicle message matrix experience using XDIS / PREEvision.
• 2+ years of experience in Prevision Metric Modelling or other automation tooling.
• 3+ years of Classic Autosar SW development/BSW (COM, DIAG, NM, SecOC, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Implement the new Communication requirements provided by ECU/Feature owners in Daimler proprietary tool
• Manage multiple stake holders and understand the requirements
• Analyze communication and latest Autosar requirements and propose solutions
• Creation of Autosar ECU extract and validate them
• Analyze the feedbacks provided by stake holders and take corrective actions

Job Description

• Extensive working experience with XDIS or Vector Prevision tool or any similar tool for ECU extract development
• Hands-on experience of Autosar Communication stack and handling ECU extracts/DBC
• Hands-on experience in EE Architecture and In-Vehicle Networking
• Experience with AUTOSAR SW development and BSW integration and development
• Experience in CAN, J1939, LIN and Ethernet protocol
• Good understanding of SecOC and E2E concepts
• Good experience in Problem solving, analysis and debugging of communication matrix
• Experience in SW testing for Autosar layers
• Develop scripts using Python or any other scripting language as needed

• 2+ years of experience in Prevision Metric Modelling or other automation tooling
• 3+ years of experience in Classic Autosar SW development/BSW (COM, DIAG, NM, SecOC, etc.)
