Job summary

Embitel Technologies, a Volkswagen Group company, seeks an embedded software engineer to develop automotive ECU software focusing on UDS diagnostics and CAN/CAN-FD communication. You will work with MCUs, RTOS, and low-level drivers to deliver robust automotive software in a collaborative environment.

The role involves debugging, integration, and testing across systems, hardware, and validation teams, with emphasis on reliability and quality in a fast-paced automotive engineering setting in India.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive embedded software development.
• Strong debugging and profiling skills required.
• Experience with MCU platforms and RTOS is a plus.

Job Description

• Strong Embedded C programming on MCU platforms ( Non Autosar)
• Automotive ECU software development
• UDS (ISO 14229)
• Diagnostics
• K-Line / KWP2000 (ISO 9141 / ISO 14230)
• CAN / CAN-FD communication
• RTOS and low-level driver development
• Debugging using JTAG/Lauterbach or similar tools
