Job summary

EN Elevator, a subsidiary of Nibav, specializes in home elevators for private residences and premium homes in the region. We seek an experienced technician for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting with a strong focus on safety and quality service.

The role includes diagnosing issues, guiding junior technicians, maintaining service reports, and traveling to customer sites across the South Indian region with professional customer handling.

Qualifications

• ITI/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical required.
• 3–5+ years in elevator/lift maintenance and installation.
• Willingness to travel across South India and nearby states.

Responsibilities

• Handle installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of home elevators.
• Diagnose technical issues and carry out repairs.
• Customer service and resolve complaints professionally.
• Ensure safety standards and quality procedures are followed.
• Guide junior technicians and support the technical team.
• Maintain service reports and update job details in the company software.
• Ensure punctuality, proper grooming, discipline, and professional customer handling.
• Travel to customer locations across the assigned South Indian region.
• Noted : Willing to travel to nearby locations and surrounding state ,
