Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Electroplating Process Management:
  • Oversee the electroplating process from start to finish, ensuring compliance with quality standards and specifications.
  • Develop, refine, and implement electroplating processes for various substrates and materials.
  • Monitor and control the electroplating bath solutions, adjusting parameters as necessary to maintain optimal plating conditions.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of plating equipment, tools, and machinery.
  • Perform regular testing and analysis of electroplated products to ensure they meet required specifications and finish quality.
• Troubleshooting and Maintenance:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to plating quality, machinery, and bath chemistry.
  • Conduct regular maintenance checks on electroplating equipment and recommend repairs or replacements.
  • Investigate and implement solutions to improve plating efficiency and reduce waste.
• Process Optimization:
  • Analyze plating processes to identify opportunities for improvements in speed, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Implement process adjustments and experiment with new technologies, techniques, and materials to enhance plating quality and production efficiency.
  • Maintain records and track key performance metrics to monitor process improvements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Bachelors Degree (B .Tech / B.E.) in Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy, Material Science, or a related engineering discipline.

B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Chemistry with a strong foundation in electrochemistry. He must have minimum 2 years experience in Electro platting.
