Job summary

Jobitus is looking for an experienced chemist to oversee electro plating processes including zinc and copper plating and phosphating. You will manage process parameters, monitor chemical usage and guide manpower to ensure adherence and efficiency.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in plating operations, with a B.Sc or M.S.C in Chemistry and proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Daily MIS reporting and cost-saving proposals are part of the duties.

Qualifications

• Experience in electro plating processes including zinc plating, copper plating and phosphating.
• Manage plating processes, chemical parameters and process adherence.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with IATF16949:2016, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018.
• Minimum 5 years of experience; education in B.Sc or M.S.C Chemistry.
• Daily Production MIS, chemical consumption monitoring and cost-saving proposals.
