Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end production of defence-grade electronic systems with compliance and quality focus.
• Coordinate with design, quality, product management and supply chain to meet strict performance targets.
• Manage production schedules, resources, and costs in line with defence contracts.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Mentor production team and drive a culture of accountability and growth.
• Drive process optimization to improve yield, reduce waste and raise throughput.
• Lead capital expenditure planning, budgeting and cost control initiatives.
• Prepare and respond to internal and external audits.
