Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end production operations and ensure daily, weekly and monthly production targets are achieved.
- Handle Electronics Manufacturing / EMS, including THT/Through-Hole Soldering, Mechanical Assembly and Testing.
- Ensure production schedules, quality standards and customer delivery commitments are met.
- Optimize manpower, machine utilization, productivity, OEE and production capacity.
- Monitor production KPIs such as OEE, rejection, rework, downtime, productivity and delivery performance.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement RCA, CAPA and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, PPC, Stores, Purchase, Testing and Supply Chain teams.
- Ensure compliance with ESD, safety, QMS and manufacturing standards.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 15+ years of experience in Electronics Manufacturing, EMS, PCBA or similar manufacturing environments.
- Minimum 5 years of managerial/leadership experience in Production.
- BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, ECE, EEE or related discipline.
- Strong hands-on exposure to THT/Through-Hole Soldering, Electronics Assembly and Testing.
- Experience in production planning, manpower management, machine utilization and productivity improvement.
- Exposure to IPC-A-610, IPC J-STD-001, ESD and QMS standards will be preferred.
- Experience with ISO 9001/14001/45001 and IATF 16949 is an added advantage.
- Strong team leadership, problem-solving, communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Candidates from EMS, Electronics, Automotive Electronics, Industrial Electronics or related manufacturing industries preferred.
