Job summary

Electro Pneumatics and Hydraulics India Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced production leader for defence and aerospace systems in Pune. You will plan, execute and monitor end-to-end production from release to final dispatch, and lead fabrication, assembly, integration and testing activities.

You will coordinate with multiple teams for timely execution, ensure readiness of materials and tools, monitor schedules to meet On-Time Delivery, and drive productivity while upholding quality and safety

Qualifications

• 8-12 years experience in Defence and Aerospace manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end production management of low-volume, high-complexity systems.
• Experience in assembly, integration, testing and production execution.
• Exposure to FAT, customer inspections and field trials.
• Experience in coordinating with DGQA / Customer QA agencies.
• Knowledge of manufacturing drawings, BOMs and configuration control.
• Working knowledge of SAP/ERP.
• Experience in vendor coordination and production expediting.
• Strong leadership, communication and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Support FAT, PDI, customer inspections and field trials.
• Coordinate with DGQA / Customer QA agencies for inspections and observation closure.
• Review drawings, BOMs and engineering changes before implementation.
• Drive productivity improvement and rework reduction.
• Prepare production MIS and project status reports.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturing processes, quality and safety requirements.
