As an Electronics Engineer at My Design Minds, you will work on end-to-end electronics design and development, supporting product design, prototyping, testing, and manufacturing-ready solutions. The role requires practical exposure to circuit design, embedded firmware, sensors, microcontrollers, and hardware debugging.
This position is best suited for engineers who have previously worked in design agencies, product development firms, or manufacturing services companies, where multidisciplinary coordination and execution matter more than titles.
Design and develop electronic circuits for embedded and product-based applications
Work with microcontrollers, sensors, power supplies, communication modules, and interfaces
Select appropriate electronic components based on performance, cost, and availability
Support schematic design, basic PCB layout coordination, and hardware documentation
Ensure designs are manufacturing-friendly and cost-optimized
Develop and debug embedded firmware for microcontrollers
Work with embedded C/C++, basic RTOS concepts, and communication protocols
Interface hardware with firmware and ensure stable system performance
Debug issues related to timing, power, communication, and sensor integration
Support firmware updates and testing during prototyping and validation
Understand complete electronics workflow from concept → prototype → testing → manufacturing
Coordinate between hardware, firmware, mechanical design, and manufacturing teams
Support integration of electronics with mechanical enclosures and assemblies
Assist in troubleshooting system-level issues during product development
Assemble and test electronic prototypes
Use measuring instruments such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, and logic analyzers
Perform basic validation, functional testing, and issue documentation
Support design iterations based on test results and feedback
Maintain circuit diagrams, firmware versions, BOMs, and test records
Coordinate with vendors, PCB fabricators, and assembly partners
Support engineers and project managers during client and internal reviews
Ensure proper handover from design to manufacturing
2–3 years of experience as an Electronics Engineer or Embedded Engineer
Strong hands‑on knowledge of electronics hardware and embedded systems
Experience working with microcontrollers (Arduino, STM32, ESP, or similar)
Good understanding of embedded firmware development
Knowledge of electronic components, sensors, power electronics, and interfaces
Practical experience in prototyping and debugging hardware
Comfortable working in a startup / MSME / design agency environment
Good communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams
B.Tech / Diploma in Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Embedded Systems, or related fields
Prior experience in design agencies, product development firms, or manufacturing services companies
Exposure to product-based electronics rather than only service or academic work
Experience with IoT devices or connected products
Basic understanding of PCB design tools or coordination with PCB designers
Familiarity with manufacturing constraints and testing procedures
Ability to read basic mechanical drawings and understand enclosure integration
