About the Role
We are seeking a driven and skilled Electronics Hardware Engineer to join our growing engineering team.
In this role, you will take ownership of hardware development from inial concept and component selecon
through schema¢c capture, mul¢-layer PCB layout, debugging, and rmware integra¢on.
Need to have a strong hands-on background in bringing electronic products from scratch to
produc¢on-grade hardware.
Key Responsibili¢es
- Schema¢c & PCB Design: Design robust schema¢cs and layout complex PCBs (4 layers or more) using industry-standard tools (e.g., Al¢um Designer, KiCad, or Eagle), adhering to DFM/DFT and signal integrity best prac¢ces.
- Component Selec¢on: Source and select electronic components based on electrical performance, cost, lifecycle, and supply chain availability.
- Hardware Debugging & Tes¢ng: Bring up new hardware boards, perform thorough tes¢ng using lab equipment (oscilloscopes, mul¢meters, logic analyzers), and troubleshoot electrical issues.
- Reverse Engineering: Analyze exis¢ng hardware systems, schema¢cs, and layouts for redesign, cost-reduc¢on, or obsolescence management.
- Firmware Integra¢on: Collaborate closely with embedded so¢ware teams (or write low-level code yourself) to test hardware func¢onality, ash microcontrollers, and validate peripheral drivers.
- Produc¢on Transi¢on: Prepare complete manufacturing packages (Gerbers, BOMs, assembly drawings, PnP les) and successfully transi¢on designs into produc¢on.
