Job summary

Faze Three Limited in Dadra invites applications for Deputy Manager / Manager Electronics Engineering to lead electronics product design, development and automation support across manufacturing operations.

You will drive projects from concept to production, troubleshoot hardware and control systems, review schematics, and mentor junior engineers while coordinating with Manufacturing, Quality and Procurement teams to deliver reliable, cost-optimised solutions.

Qualifications

• BE / B.Tech in Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Electrical, or Electronics & Instrumentation (mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Lead electronics product design, development, testing and validation, managing project execution from concept to production.
• Troubleshoot hardware and electronic system issues to ensure reliable machine and equipment performance.
• Review schematics, PCB layouts and engineering documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure compliance with applicable quality and safety standards across electronics and automation projects.
• Drive cost optimisation and continuous process improvements in electronics design and production.
• Support supplier development and technical evaluations for components, machines and automation systems.
• Mentor junior engineers and monitor project timelines to ensure on-time delivery.

Objective:
Experienced Deputy Manager / Manager Electronics Engineering to lead electronics product design, development and automation support across manufacturing operations. Responsible for driving project execution from concept to production, troubleshooting hardware and control system issues, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Works closely with Manufacturing, Quality and Procurement teams, and coordinates with machine suppliers, to deliver reliable, cost-optimised electronics and automation solutions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead electronics product design, development, testing and validation, managing project execution from concept to production.
• Troubleshoot hardware and electronic system issues to ensure reliable machine and equipment performance.

Job Specifications:
Educational Requirement: -

• BE / B.Tech in Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Electrical, or Electronics & Instrumentation (mandatory).

Work Experience Requirement: -

• 6+ years of experience in Electronics Engineering, Product Development, Textile, Manufacturing or Industrial Automation. Strong knowledge of analog and digital electronics, with experience in PCB design, circuit debugging and testing. Knowledge of PLC programming with the ability to coordinate with machine suppliers for machine integration, troubleshooting and technical support. Strong knowledge of PLC, HMI, VFD and industrial control systems, with the ability to configure, troubleshoot and optimise automation systems for reliable machine operation. Good project management, team leadership and problem-solving abilities. Experience with Altium or LTspice preferred.
