<h3>Role & responsibilities</h3>
<p>Role: Independently own critical electronics and embedded development projects from requirements through integration, verification and deployment.</p>
<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Develop and debug embedded firmware independently.</li>
<li>Perform PCB bring-up, verification and board-level troubleshooting.</li>
<li>Select microcontrollers, sensors, drivers, power components and other electronic components.</li>
<li>Develop and integrate power, battery, actuator and flow-control subsystems.</li>
<li>Integrate electronics with mechanical, fluidic, optical and software systems.</li>
<li>Develop test protocols; perform design verification, reliability and endurance testing.</li>
<li>Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective design changes.</li>
<li>Own critical engineering deliverables and project timelines; guide L0 engineers.</li>
<li>Support product deployment and clinical validation at hospitals/laboratories.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Basic Technical Expectations</h3>
<ul>
<li>Microcontrollers, Embedded C/C++ and hardware-firmware integration.</li>
<li>UART, I2C, SPI, CAN, USB and RS-232/RS-485.</li>
<li>Analog/digital electronics, PCB debugging and component selection.</li>
<li>Power electronics, DC-DC conversion, protection and power management.</li>
<li>Battery architecture, charging, protection and BMS fundamentals.</li>
<li>DC/BLDC/stepper/servo motors, solenoids and actuator control.</li>
<li>Pumps, valves, flow/pressure sensors and closed-loop flow control.</li>
<li>Oscilloscopes, logic analysers and systematic root-cause analysis.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Preferred:</h3>
<p>Industrial experience in biomedical instrumentation, medical devices, diagnostics or laboratory automation is preferred.</p>
