Job description

Job Role: Electronic Service Engineer / Hardware Engineer (Weighing Instruments)

Location: Branch Office, Delhi

Experience Required: 2 to 3 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and calibrate Weighing Equipment at customer sites across Northern India.
• Conduct clear technical demonstrations of products to clients and train them on proper operation.
• Deliver prompt customer support both online (phone/remote assistance) and offline (on-site visits).
• Follow up with customers regularly to manage service schedules, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction.
• Execute preventive maintenance, diagnose hardware issues, and troubleshoot breakdowns effectively.
• Prepare back-office documentation including service reports, calibration certificates, and AMC quotations while tracking spare parts inventory.

Technical Expertise Required

• Perform chip-level and component-level repair of industrial electronics using SMD rework stations and precision soldering tools.
• Read and accurately interpret schematic diagrams and PCB layouts.
• Apply technical knowledge of Power Supply units (SMPS), Analog-to-Digital conversion, MCU-based circuits, and communication ICs (MAX232, RS485).
• IQ/OQ/PQ documentation expertise
