Job summary

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Electrician Maintenance role based in Hyderabad. The electrician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment across construction sites and facilities. Day-to-day tasks include inspecting electrical components, identifying faults, performing troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and company procedures. The role involves responding to breakdowns, conducting preventive maintenance, and coordinating with site engineers and other trades to minimize downtime. The electrician will also document work performed, maintain tools and materials, and support continuous improvement in electrical reliability and safety.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of electricity and practical electrical work skills, with the ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and schematics.
• Hands-on experience in maintenance & repair of electrical systems, panels, wiring, and equipment in industrial or construction environments.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical issues and diagnosing faults using appropriate tools and test equipment.
• Foundational understanding of electrical engineering principles relevant to safe installation and operation of systems.
• Relevant technical qualification (e.g., ITI, Diploma, or equivalent in Electrical) and any valid local electrical license or certification preferred.
• Strong safety awareness, familiarity with electrical and workplace safety standards, and commitment to safe work practices.
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, adapt to changing project needs, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Previous experience in construction, industrial, or commercial projects is an advantage.
