Job summary

Zydushospitals seeks an ITI-qualified electrician for engineering and maintenance responsibilities in our facility. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical installations across hospital infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted power and safety systems.

The ideal candidate can perform skilled electrical work from ladders or rooftops, provide material estimates, and assist during emergencies with generators and floodlights. Immediate joiners encouraged.

Qualifications

• ITI diploma holder with hands-on electrical installation experience.
• Ability to repair/replace wiring, equipment and fixtures using hand/power tools.
• Capable of working from ladders, scaffolds, and roofs for installing or repairing electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all electrical installations such as DG, Transformers, DB, ACB, VCB, UPS, Lifts, LT panels.
• Repair or replace wiring, equipment and fixtures using hand/power tools.
• Work from ladders, scaffolds, and roofs to install or repair electrical wiring and fixtures.
• Provide preliminary sketches and cost estimates for materials and services.
• Assist during emergencies by operating floodlights and generators, and driving needed vehicles.
• Close all complaints as per stated Turnaround Time (TAT).
• Maintain log books, inventory and daily facilities round records.

• Maintain all installations related to electricity such asDG, Transformers, DB, ACB, VCB, UPS, Lifts,LT panel
• Repair or replacewiring, equipment, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools.
• Work from ladders,scaffolds, and roofs to install, maintain or repair electrical wiring,equipment, and fixtures.
• Place conduit (pipesor tubing) inside designated partitions, walls, or other concealed areas, andpull insulated wires or cables through the conduit to complete circuits betweenboxes.
• Construct andfabricate parts, using hand tools and specifications.
• Fasten small metal orplastic boxes to walls to house electrical switches or outlets.
• Perform physicallydemanding tasks, such as digging trenches to lay conduit and moving and liftingheavy objects.
• Provide preliminarysketches and cost estimates for materials and services.
• Provide assistanceduring emergencies by operating floodlights and generators, placing flares, anddriving needed vehicles
• Close all complaints as per TAT
• Maintain all log books, inventory & daily facilitiesround records
• Assist at the time of emergency code generation
