Job summary

LEADEC INDIA in Gujarat is seeking an experienced Electrical Technician to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in industrial settings. You will handle DG/UPS/battery maintenance and ensure uninterrupted power supply.

Candidates should hold ITI/Diploma in Electrical with a license and have 1–4 years' experience, capable of reading diagrams, performing tests and coordinating with the maintenance team, while strictly following safety protocols.

Qualifications

• ITI or Diploma in Electrical with valid license.
• 4–1 years of relevant experience in electrical maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components in industrial settings.
• Experience with DG, UPS, battery, and lighting O&M.
• Operate changeover and synchronization panels.
• Read electrical drawings and single-line diagrams to perform tasks.
• Conduct testing with multimeters and insulation testers; ensure safety standards.
• Maintain maintenance records, coordinate shutdowns, and manage spares.
• Adhere to LOTO and PPE, promote a safe working environment.

Education: ITI / Diploma Electrical (License holder)

Experience: 4 to 1 Years

JD:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and components including motors, transformers, switchgear, panel boards, and control circuits in utility and industrial setups.
• Must have experience of DG / UPS / Battery / Lighting O&M
• Must have experienced of power change over & synchronization panel operation
• Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical installations to ensure uninterrupted power supply and optimal equipment performance.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, single-line diagrams, and technical manuals to execute installation and maintenance tasks accurately.
• Perform electrical testing using multimeters, insulation testers, clamp meters, and other diagnostic tools to identify faults and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations, lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures, and maintain accurate maintenance records and logbooks.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team for breakdown repairs, emergency response, and execution of planned shutdown activities.
• Maintain inventory of electrical spare parts, tools, and consumables required for routine and emergency maintenance operations.
• Strictly adhere to plant safety protocols, use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and promote a safe working environment at all times
