Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee the operation and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment at Cochin Shipyard Limited (CSL). The candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe, reliable, and uninterrupted electrical operations across the assigned facilities.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience for diploma (EEE)holders and 2 year experience for Btech (EEE)holders
• Working Hours: 8-hour shift
• Salary: ₹21,000 per month (negotiable based on experience and qualifications)
• Weekly Off: 1 day off per week.
• Government Holidays: Leave is provided on all government holidays. If an employee works on a government holiday, double payment will be provided.
• Casual Leave: 1 casual leave per month.
• Benefits: ESI and PF benefits are provided as per applicable rules.
