Job summary

Independent Recruitment Consultant (freelancer) is seeking an experienced Electrical Construction professional in Chennai to lead field coordination, monitor progress and ensure timely project delivery.

The role requires hands-on supervision of on-site teams, collaboration with contractors and vendors, and technical guidance on electrical installation, wiring, panel erection, cable laying and transformer work. Strong drafting skills (AutoCAD) are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree required.
• Experience in electrical construction or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building construction processes including foundation work.
• Proficiency in drafting software such as AutoCAD.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure timely completion of electrical projects by coordinating with site teams, contractors, and vendors.
  
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement solutions.
  
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control plans.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful execution of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) projects.
  
• Provide technical guidance on electrical installation, wiring, panel erection, cable laying, transformer installations.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-20 years of experience in Electrical Construction or related field.
  
• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Any Specialization.
  
• Strong knowledge of building construction processes including foundation work.
  
• Proficiency in drafting software such as AutoCAD.
