Job summary

Tanmay Nikhil Pandya is seeking a Site Engineer/Site Manager with 3-4 years of experience in electrical projects. The role covers erection tasks, site supervision, client coordination, and reporting.

Expect to handle daily progress reports, BOM/BOQ, and coordination with office staff for material requirements, with readiness to travel Pan India and participate in safety and client meetings. Experience with transformers, bus ducts, cable laying, earthing, and electrical drawings is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of site engineering experience in electrical projects.
• Prior background in electrical projects is a must.
• Willingness to travel Pan India sites and stay for durations as required.
• Able to prepare and interpret site reports and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Technical understanding of electrical concepts and site work coordination.
• Site supervision and progress follow-ups with customers and team.
• Attend client meetings, safety meetings, and coordinate with office for material needs.
• Prepare BOM/BOQ and daily reports such as progress, manpower, and material consumption.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD is a plus.

Technical

• Erection of transformers, bus ducts, cable laying, fabrication, cable tray work, earthing etc.
• preparation of daily reports, like daily progress reports, manpower report, material consumption report
• pre-planning of upcoming work

Managerial

• manpower and resources allocation
• coordination with office staff for site material requirements
• coordination with client, attending client meetings, safety meetings

Responsibilities

1. Technical understanding of electrical concepts
2. Understanding of site work, coordination with client
3. Site visit and site supervision
4. Taking follow ups and confirmation from customers for dispatch
5. AutoCAD skills will be helpful
6. Coordination with customer and site team to provide support in material and manpower
7. Preparation and understanding Single Line Diagrams, load list, wiring diagrams, earthing layout, lighting layout etc
8. Technical know-how and supervision on Transformer, Electrical Panel, Cable laying, Cable termination, Earthing, Wiring.
9. Technical know-how and should be able to use electrical devices like multimeter, clamp on meter, earth tester, IR value tester.
10. Willingness to stay during emergency shutdown/maintenance activities
11. Preparation of Bill of materials (BOM/BOQ)
12. Proficient in MS office with decent typing Speed
13. Excellent written & verbal communication (English and Hindi)Role & responsibilities
