Purpose of the Role
Uptime is the difference between a plant that runs and one that doesn't. As the Electrical Maintenance Executive, you're the person the shift turns to when a motor trips, a panel faults, or a line stalls responsible for keeping the electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems that drive the plant in good health. It's a hands-on role for someone who diagnoses problems fast, fixes them safely, and works to stop them from recurring.
