You will implement preventative maintenance, ensure safety compliance, diagnose faults in PLC and VFD systems, and collaborate with other departments on electrical upgrades.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in maintenance and electrical systems in foundry or heavy industry.
• Knowledge of PLC/SCADA, VFDs, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems, including power distribution and control systems.

Atharva Foundries Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled and 4 – 5 Years experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team at our cast iron foundry.

Job Summary:

The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and improvement of all electrical systems and equipment within the foundry. This includes ensuring the optimal functioning of machinery, implementing preventative maintenance schedules, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems, including power distribution, motors, control systems, and instrumentation.


• Perform preventative maintenance on all electrical equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.


• Diagnose and repair electrical faults, including PLC and VFD systems.


• Ensure compliance with all electrical safety standards, statutory norms, and foundry regulations.


• Work with other departments to identify and implement electrical upgrades and improvements.


• Document all maintenance and repair activities.


• Participate in the development and implementation of preventative maintenance programs.


• Stay up-to-date on the latest electrical technologies and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
