Qualifications

• 3–7 years experience in AIS Substation projects (220 kV / 400 kV preferred).

Responsibilities

• Execute erection, installation, testing, and commissioning of AIS substations.
• Supervise earth mat (earthing grid) installation.
• Oversee tower, gantry, and structural erection.
• Manage installation of substation equipment (CB, CT, CVT, isolators, etc.).
• Supervise stringing, jumpering, and cable laying activities.
• Handle control panel and protection panel installation.
• Interpret SLDs, layout drawings, and cable schedules.
• Maintain site documentation and progress reports (DPR).
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and project teams.
• Ensure quality and safety compliance.
