Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned professional with over 3 to 10 years of experience in the wind energy sector, specializing in the design, construction, and commissioning of 33kV electrical networks. The candidate will lead the execution of medium-voltage infrastructure for wind farms, ensuring technical excellence, safety, and timely delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Site Supervision & Execution: Supervise the entire process of 33kV line construction, including Pole foundation, pole erection, conductor stringing, and insulation installation.
• Technical Planning: Interpret electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, and route surveys to guide the team.
• Cable Work: Manage HV/MV cable laying, glanding, splicing, and termination from terminal poles to substations.
• Testing and Commissioning: Supervise pre-commissioning activities, including cable insulation tests (Megger), HV Hipot testing, phase sequence testing, and earth resistance testing.
• Safety Compliance (HSE): Conduct tool box talks, enforce the use of PPE, issue permits to work (PTW), and ensure LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) procedures are followed for high-voltage systems.
• Material and Contractor Management: Manage material reconciliation (BOQ), ensure efficient site use of equipment, and coordinate with contractors
• Documentation and Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, maintain site logs, manage material receipts, and prepare final "as-built" documentation for client handover.

Technical Skills

• Experience 3-5 Years into EPC Project related 33KV lines onfield site .
• Open to travel to project sites as and when required
• Should be ok to work alternate Saturdays
• Knowledge of electrical project execution, with specific experience in 33kV power distribution lines.
