Job summary

Nexage Technology is seeking a skilled Control Panel & Electrical Wiring Technician for our Pune area facility. The role covers electrical panel assembly, control wiring, machine wiring, and installation per electrical drawings and specifications.

You will read diagrams, wire panels, install components (MCBs, MCCBs, relays, PLCs, VFDs, sensors), perform terminations, and troubleshoot faults while ensuring safety and quality in a production environment.

Qualifications

• ITI Electrician or Electrical Trade preferred.
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience in control panel or industrial electrical wiring.

Responsibilities

• Read electrical diagrams and control panel drawings.
• Perform control panel and electrical wiring as per drawings and standards.
• Assemble and install components like MCBs, MCCBs, contactors, relays, timers, PLCs, VFDs, sensors.
• Carry out panel dressing, cable routing, ferruling, crimping, termination.
• Do machine electrical wiring and field wiring.
• Identify and troubleshoot wiring faults.
• Test panels and circuits for proper operation and safety.
• Ensure proper earthing and cable termination.
• Use testing tools such as multimeters and clamp meters.
• Maintain safety, quality and housekeeping; coordinate with engineers/production.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Control Panel & Electrical Wiring Technician responsible for electrical panel assembly, control panel wiring, machine wiring, and installation of electrical components as per electrical drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and understand electrical circuit diagrams, wiring diagrams, and control panel drawings.
• Perform control panel wiring and electrical wiring as per drawings and standards.
• Assemble and install electrical components such as MCBs, MCCBs, contactors, relays, timers, SMPS, terminal blocks, PLCs, VFDs, sensors, etc.
• Perform panel dressing, cable routing, ferruling, crimping, and termination.
• Carry out machine electrical wiring and field wiring.
• Identify and troubleshoot wiring and electrical faults.
• Test panels and electrical circuits for proper operation and safety.
• Ensure proper earthing and cable termination.
• Use electrical hand tools and testing instruments such as multimeters and clamp meters.
• Maintain quality, safety, and housekeeping standards.

Required Skills
