Job summary

Pulsars Engineering is seeking a skilled Wireman/Electrician/ITI Technician to support electrical panel manufacturing and MEP site execution. You will perform hands-on wiring, panel assembly, and installation/maintenance under guidance from senior engineers and supervisors.

The role requires freshers or candidates with at least 1 year of experience, familiarity with wiring diagrams, and a willingness to work at client sites. Training and growth opportunities are available within the team.

Qualifications

• ITI certificate in Electrician or Wireman preferred.
• Valid Wireman License preferred.
• Ability to read basic wiring diagrams and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Carry out wiring and assembly for LT panels, PCC, MCC, APFC and distribution boards as per drawings.
• Perform cable laying, termination, and glanding at site/workshop.
• Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical panels and systems.
• Read and follow electrical wiring diagrams and SLDs under supervision.
• Carry out routine maintenance, fault-finding, and troubleshooting of panels and circuits.
• Coordinate with site engineers/supervisors for daily work planning and material requirements.

About the Role

Job Responsibilities

• Carry out wiring and assembly work for LT panels, PCC, MCC, APFC panels, and distribution boards as per drawings.
• Perform cable laying, termination, and glanding work at site/workshop.
• Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical panels and systems.
• Read and follow electrical wiring diagrams and single-line diagrams (SLDs) under supervision.
• Carry out routine maintenance, fault-finding, and troubleshooting of electrical panels and circuits.
• Ensure proper use of tools, testing equipment, and adherence to safety protocols at all times.
• Coordinate with site engineers/supervisors for daily work planning and material requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards at the workshop/site.

Requirements

• Freshers or anyone with minimum 1 year experience
• ITI certificate in Electrician or Wireman trade (good to have not mandatory).
• Valid Wireman License preferred (or willingness to obtain one).
• Basic knowledge of panel wiring, cabling, and electrical tools.
• Ability to read basic wiring diagrams and drawings.
• Physically fit and comfortable with site/workshop-based work.
• Good understanding of electrical safety practices.
• Willingness to work at client sites when required.
