Job summary

Procon India seeks an Electrical Engineer with 5–8 years in design and analysis for refinery/chemical plant projects. You will prepare specifications, datasheets, MTOs, and cable schedules while coordinating site activities and ensuring accurate As-Built documentation.

Key tasks include LV/MV diagrams, lighting design, earthing, UPS sizing, and 3D modelling reviews using ETAP, Dialux, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).
• 5–8 years of experience in design and analysis within refineries, petrochemical, or chemical plants, preferably in an Engineering/EPC company.

Responsibilities

• Design of Material Requisition, Technical Specification, Datasheets & Calculations for major Electrical equipment & items.
• Design of Electrical Load lists, Cable Lists, MTO, Power & control cable schedules.
• Design of MV/LV Single Line Diagrams & Layouts.
• 3D Modelling Review & closure.
• Site coordination for Electrical packages & As-Built documents Relay coordination.
• Design of power distribution system; PCC, MCC & LDB engineering.
• Preparation of Electrical Load lists, Cable Lists, MTO, schedules.
• Earthing sizing, calculations & Layouts.
• Cable sizing & cable schedules.
• Lighting design and calculations.
• Layout for Power & Lighting.
• Preparation of Design Basis Report & Technical Specifications.
• UPS sizing, Battery bank sizing.
• Preparation of Material Requisition, Technical Specification, Datasheets for all Engineering works.
