Job summary

9E Global Engineering Consultants LLC in Mumbai seeks a qualified Electrical Engineer with 4-5 years of experience in engineering consultancy. The role will involve project engineering, QA, and coordinating with design teams and contractors to meet project deadlines.

Experience in Middle East projects is highly preferred. The candidate should contribute to company procedures, health and safety policies, and the QA/CDM framework while supporting project teams across engagements.

Qualifications

• Qualified graduate engineer in Electrical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Engineer on projects reporting to Associate or SE; may serve as Project Engineer on small/less complex projects.
• Be familiar with agreed fees/scope of services/programme.
• Attend team/site meetings.
• Liaise and correspond day to day with design team/contractor.
• Supervise office filing system set-up.
• Receive all project correspondence.
• Implement project QA policy and CDM requirements.
• Responsible for setting-up and maintaining job filing system to office standard.
• Attend team/job meetings to discuss progress/deadlines/detail design issues.

• Produce calculation index/specification list/information required schedule.
• Responsible for developmentand production of calculations/specification/reports.
• Reviewcalculations from Graduate Engineers.
• Familiar witharchitects/service engineers/etc. drawings, specification.
• Development of details.

• Co-ordination witharchitect/service engineer information.

QHSE Responsibilities

• Understand, implement andfollow 9E QHSE policies.
• Implement and coordinate QHSEprocedures in your workplace.
• Comply with local regulatoryauthority guidelines and laws pertaining to QHSE.
• Report any QHSE incidentsimmediately to 9E QHSE Dept. and to legal authorities if required.
